The staff were great! Nathan and the rest of the reception were wonderful, welcoming and efficient. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, so helpful, fun and professional. The hotel is comfortable and spacious.

Mallory on reception provided wonderful help and friendliness. We caught the local bus to downtown Charleston. This worked well. Close to shops for provisions. Use of complimentory laundry very useful.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was brilliant as we had a car and didn't have to pay for parking. Beautiful and clean new hotel.
