First of all location - next to the blue line to O'Hare airport. The hotel is next to the loop too and most of the downtown atractions are in the walking distance. Room was big and beds were really comfortable. They were cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and super helpful- they would share what'd happening in the downtown worth seeing (blues festival). Great value for money. Lots of eating options nearby. I will come back here, if I'm ever again in Chicago.

The room size is big enough and you find all things you need daily. Coffee and Water is always for free. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The Atwood restaurant is a really nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The taste and quality of the food is always delicious. All staff is very friendly and always helpful. Many thanks therefore.

An amazing hotel in a perfect location. Our room on the 10th floor had views of the river and out to the lake. All staff we dealt with were polite and helpful. We will be staying there again.

Beautiful hotel on the top floor. Really calm room with awesome view and very big. Even had a bath! What I especially liked was the very big and high quality gym and sauna that I could use located on the lower levels. Complimentary thea and breakfast was nice. I forgot 2 suit jackets and the staff (big shout out to Ron) was really helpful in making sure I could retrieve those items on time before I flew back to Holland. For parking I liked that I only had to pay a one time fee when I left (30 bucks) which is great since I could park there for a few days). I would definitely recommend someone who wants an awesome city view, large quit room, friendly staff and a gym!

Staff were incredible! Very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the options for two beds but in separate ends of the room was a nice surprise. Location was key and the lounge area with a coffee machine was an amazing touch.

Location perfect for Millennium Park and shopping. Wonderful welcome at check-in. Room small, USA standard, but was spotlessly clean and free laundrette was great because I had been travelling for over a week. Dining very reasonable with good vibe. Check-out great too.
