First of all location - next to the blue line to O'Hare airport. The hotel is next to the loop too and most of the downtown atractions are in the walking distance. Room was big and beds were really comfortable. They were cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and super helpful- they would share what'd happening in the downtown worth seeing (blues festival). Great value for money. Lots of eating options nearby. I will come back here, if I'm ever again in Chicago.

We liked everything. Even though it took them a few minutes to locate our reservation for che- in due to mistake in the last name the staff member went out of his way to apologize and provided extra water bottles.
Room was perfect and so was location and service.
