I really like the style of the apartments/rooms. Lots of space and fantastic views. I also enjoyed going to the Club for diner. As I arrived late, everything relating to my check-in was already done electronically which made the process very smooth. That was my second time and it won't be the last!

The location is ideal for exploring Deep Ellum - an excellent little neighborhood filled with cool bars and restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and cafes. The team were all beyond friendly and helpful, and super super accomodating (we ended up staying two extra nights!) Coffee and cocktails were yummy and the other people staying were fab - we had an awesome time. Wifi is good and the workspace is perfect for remote workers.

The location was close to everything we were doing, so we were even able to walk to most places.

The morning staff was great to interact with- specially Denise and Shon! Great job with hiring. It appears that everyone gets along well and enjoy their jobs. The valet staff was very kind and helpful.

It was a great stay. Loved the rooms and setup. It was comfortable and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and TVs were in the bedrooms and living room.

Great staff - Aleksandar helped us with adjusting our reservation and how to get around Dallas. The room was much bigger than it looks in the photos. Gym is well equipped and has a lot of space - There were at least 8 more persons and I didn't even notice them. Breakfast was very good as well. The location is just in the middle of the downtown and valet service was quick.
