From start to finish, the staff were first class all the way and made our stay. They were thoughtful, attentive, and anticipated every possible wish with a smile. We truly could not think of a single thing they could have improved. The hotel is full of charming details and the room is both cosy and luxurious which is a pretty hard feat to pull off.

I love this hotel, I always try and stay here after, just before I fly home, its a great place to unwind.
The view from my room was a ocean view, which is amazing to watch the sunrise / sunset.
The shower was great. Pressure just right! The staff and this hotel are really helpful and made great suggestions in regards to what I should do for the day

The hotel is brand new and so beautifully appointed. The staff were abundant and helpful. The location is great and has private beach access. The pool was warm and views gorgeous. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with everything you could need. There is a cinema room with hot chocolate and treats for families - unfortunately we were not told about this at check in but discovered for ourselves on our last night.

We loved being able to see the ocean from the room. We were welcomed by the lovely Ramon and Sean who made us very comfortable and greeted us by name every day! They brought up a refrigerator without asking -( they saw our bottle of champagne)so we didn't have to empty the minibar; which by the way was full of delicious treats.
The valet service was impeccable and our car was produced very quickly. With lots of food choices and Blue PlateTacos just next door we were in heaven!
