The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

Hotel is really excellent location, we traversed around Manhattan and Brooklyn by subway easily. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are smallish but comfy with good beds. Cleaning service was excellent and it felt great to come to sorted room each day.

I was warmly welcomed by Brayan at the reception. The check-in process he offered was smooth and pleasant. I was well informed about the hotel amenities and my questions were well answered. The room was cozy, very clean and well equipped. Bed linens and towels were freshly scented. I really enjoyed my stay here and will not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

Excellent location. Lots of cheap eats nearby. Easy 10-15 mins walk to the subway. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were cozy and comfortable.
