The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed but small. The house keeping is kind and courteous - the staff are good and the food is amazing. Would 100% stay again even if the area is a little touch and go. Still worth it!

Highly recommend this Hotel! Quality wise one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at. Sure, it is a 2 Star Hotel, so no fridge in the room, but it was clean and left a freshly revonavted impression. Will definitily stay here again when returning to NYC.

Very clean room, helpful staff, overall great stay!

Cleanliness: The property/room/common areas were generally clean. Location: The location is close to many subway stations and right in Chinatown. It's quite central and feels safe. Even as a solo traveler, I didn’t have any safety issues even late at night. It’s also within walking distance to Soho. The room I stayed in (Room 302) had an amazing bridge view. The location is really excellent. Hotel Amenities: The bed in the room was very comfortable. The hotel has areas where you can get drinking water and hot water. The WiFi connection was good. The staff was also helpful. Especially Ricardo at the front desk was very kind and hospitable. I've seen him helping everyone during the nights I stayed, and I truly think he deserves a raise.

From our corner room (room 1230) we had a magnificent/awesome/superbe/wonderful view on both lower Manhattan and midtown Manhattan! Really stunning!
