Location. The big comfy bed and big shower were great! The coffee/tea machine in the room. The fancy Japanese style toilet was funny but maybe unnecessary. The room was quiet, which was nice. Beautiful furniture. The lobby is gorgeous! Customer service was amazing! Thank you!

The room was clean, quiet, beautifully prepared, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days of discovering the city. The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything, yet peaceful enough to rest and recharge. We also really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the team throughout our stay.
