Very good location. . Just 50 meters from Lexington and 51st metro station. The receptionists were always very polite and helpful. 5th avenue is a 5 minutes walk. Very safe area. Never had a problem. Nice bakeries around the area for breakfast.

The reception staff was super helpful! They provided us with all the information we needed. The location was very good and had a subway/bus station right around the corner or in front. We had a wheelchair user with us and the room was very accessible and had stools in the washroom with a hand shower.
Would definitely recommend this property!

The hotel is nicely decorated, the location of the hotel is perfect. Reason why we chose this hotel is because they don't have hidden additional taxes to pay, like most other hotels. Hotel rooms are very clean and if you are lucky you can get a room with an incredible view of the city.
The hotel staff are incredibly kind, mrs. Ajla and mrs. Kiara, they really went out of their way to give us all the information we needed. Doorman (we doesn’t know his name) he was so kind and took our lagguage and help to us when we get to the hotel.
We definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back again

This hotel is really great! I was originally shocked by the many previous negative reviews and had no expectations at all. Until we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was very kind and gave us a clean room on the sixth floor. There is free WiFi available. More importantly, the room facilities are not old at all and the bathroom has been renovated and is very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. We stayed for three nights and the housekeeping was very tidy.
