Small (THAT IS STANDARD IN NYC!), but cozy and very efficient new rooms with good lighting and a great view (Roomtype: Balcony). The view is not obstructed by buildings on the other side of the street and gives a spacious feeling in an otherwise crowded city. Spectacular view of the Empire State Building. Since we travel a lot, we prefer intelligent designed rooms over spacious rooms. Everything had its place and was right where it should be in this tiny room. In regards of our needs: Best hotel in NYC so far!

The location and the staff are simply the best. Located in Murray Hill which is one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Manhattan, but also walking distance from basically everything you want to see. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the cleaners do an excellent job. Whenever we visit there is always cleanliness and nice smell.

Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all.
