The location was superb. The decor was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The porter even took our bags to the station and put us on the train for the airport. So helpful about shoes and recommendation’s for activities.

Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, great facilities and a free upgrade too! The location was perfect - I walked everywhere! 🏃‍♀️ I think it is very well priced for the benefits and location, really good value for money. The room was huge and had great amenities.

Perfect located , with short distance to main shopping streets, viewpoint, restaurants. No noise from outside into room, spacious room (30m2) The Portier arranged fixed price taxi to airport for us which saved us a lot of extra.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely. Front desk staff were so warm and very helpful. A misunderstanding resulted in our booking being cancelled without our knowledge. But when we arrived the situation was handled with kindness and grace. We were quickly given an upgrade to a King room, offered a complementary bottle of wine. The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and the bed very comfortable. And the location is just great.
