Wonderful new hotel. The staff were exceptional. Room was a fair size and large enough for three adults. Great location for The Mets Citi Field and the airports at a reasonable price.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing and the room had everything we needed. Even though we were only there for 2 nights, they cleaned our room, changed the towels and refreshed the toiletries.

I loved staying here. Whenever you asked for anything, it was there within minutes. Go for high floor. Please be aware you are in the .middle of China Town and not a lot of people don't speak English.Its certainly an unexpected experience. I never thought I would walk the streets of New York asking " do you speak English?"

My husband and I had a brilliant stay here! Our check-in was a breeze all thanks to Serena and Zhu Zhu. Super friendly and helpful staffs. There are loads of Asian cuisines that’s just walking distance from the hotel. Subway is super close too! Also, the lovely staff of Ramada put us in a city view room - super pretty sight of the city! There is even hot water at the buffet room which is a big plus for us as we enjoy making our late night drinks and ramen noodles lol. Highly recommend staying here :)
