The hotel is located in a walking distance from all the major attractions of the city. It's very cozy and located in a quiet place. Amazing owner met us with a great hospitality. The greetings card in our native language was so nice and unforgettable.
The breakfast was like a Michelin restaurant food. Rooms were equipped with everything needed.
If we are back to St. Augustine, we will be back to this hotel with no doubt.

Beautiful cottage in the historic district of Linconville in St Augustine. Elegant but cozy home with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, small office space and private parking which is so important in such a busy area. We loved being able to walk to historic downtown St Augustine. Also minutes away from a fantastic coffee shop and a restaurant by the water. The management is super attentive and keeps in touch to make sure everything is going well. The house was easy to find and very clean. We found the area to be very safe and quiet at night. Only stayed 2 nights but it is definitely the perfect base for longer stays. We loved everything about it and will definitely book again when in the area.

Clean, modern and well-equipped! "Home away from home" is probably the most accurate description, with attention to detail being evident throughout the property (from complete cutlery and crockery sets in the kitchen to shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms and to high-spec washer and dryer). Add to that the location, which is literally "steps" to the city centre (5-7' walk, no need to drive), and you've got the perfect place to stay in quaint St Augustine. Would definitely look no further when visiting the area again!
