Service, cleanliness, amazing decor in the amazingly restored lobby. Solid marble and brass fittings everywhere. Excellent rooftop observation platform to see the Gateway Arch. Located about 150 metres from the Arch. Excellent pool and jacuzzi, Gym was very good. The evening meal, drinks and breakfast all topped off an excellent experience.

Our trip to St. Louis wasn't a part of the plan, so we knew absolutely nothing about the city when we arrived. Which is okay if you stay at this hotel. It's next to the main city's attraction. Some rooms have a view directly at it. You basically can go to the Arch, to a restaurant nearby, sleep in a very comfortable bed and leave. The district looks safe. The hotel is a serious business level accommodation, so it's close to perfect. And at a very responsible price (we were surprised).

Great location, with a view on a local football stadium and the Loop. Lovely hotel with nice and frendly staff. Checkout procedure was really fast, you only left card in you room. Room was clean with a TV with lot of channels on. Free pop-corn and soda in the afternoon. Superb pick.

Breakfast was excellent! And dinner at the bar. I loved the spa facilities, it was a shame the steam room was not working at the time. Otherwise everything was fantastic! They had sparkling water on tap! I loved that! And the art gallery was a great bonus! loved it!
