The hôtel is beautiful, the room is awesome and the staff very king. We enjoyed a delicious welcome cocktail at the bar and had a very good breakfast. The hotel is also very well located near to Seaport Village and Little Italy in Gaslamp Quarter. I 100% recommend to stay in this hotel.

Just amazing, very stilish and at the same time very comfy. Very nice bed, nice toilette & shower, nice staff, complimentary welcome drink, nice painted doors in a colorful corridor. Will be back in the Pineapple hotels!

Everything literally. The rooms were amazing, the free water at the lobby and bottles in the room, coffee machine, the beds were comfy and big, just amazing. Staff were extremely friendly in particularly the lady who checked me in and took note of my request for a room with a view that I left online booking.com. I thought that was very thoughtful as I had mentioned it was my first time in America. I forgot to ask her name , lady Mexican American with black glasses 🤓 super friendly, thank you for also giving us so tips on where to go.

As a solo woman traveller, i felt very safe and welcome at the Hostel. The beds were comfortable, the property was quiet (which was surprising considering it's in a bustling neighbourhood, close to everything), everything was clean including bathrooms, the staff was informative and helpful, they had amenities and laundry (!), the uniqueness of the building itself made the stay above and beyond staying at any other hostel.
