The staff is not just friendly but also really helpful and HONEST. I forgot my wallet with cash and cards in our room and I was directed contacted and my belongings are stored and saved so that I just have to pick them up.

Location is right next to Chinatown and Little Italy . You can walk around to union square and the pier . Very clean rooms , felt safe as a solo traveller . Oscar from guest relations is super nice .
