We came from the airport by monorail $3 pp - the hotel was at some 500 meters of the station. The staff was kind and the room was nice with a view over the city. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the waiter was friendly.

The facilities were spotless! Hotel staff were very friendly and ready with helpful tips. The room was old fashioned (which i love), a good size, and had beautiful architectural details in keeping with the time period. Bed was very comfortable. Location is central to most tourist spots downtown and also easy to commute via the link train/buses/tram. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

An excellent hotel with an unbeatable location – most major attractions are within walking distance, which is crucial for a city like this. We arrived two hours before check-in, and they accommodated us without hesitation, even providing parking right away. The view from our room was stunning; we stayed on the 32nd floor with access to the lounge area. The amenities matched the hotel description perfectly: breakfast, dinner, coffee, and drinks were all top-notch.
