The staff are very friendly and respond to my queries promptly. Everyone is warm and accommodating—especially Ms. Gery, who booked our transportation from the hotel to Seattle Premium Outlets. Ms. Crystal is also a superb host. She was genuinely delighted to learn that we are Filipino travelers from Manila, and she even accompanied us to our room. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay. We love the hotel—it’s very clean, and the location is excellent. It’s very close to some of Seattle’s most famous tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city.

Close to destinations such as the historic Pike Place Market and the Washington Convention & Trade Center, this Seattle city center hotel offers enjoyable facilities, including an on-site restaurant.

LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL ROOM. REALLY WANT TO THANK MANAGER CHRISTY FOR GOING OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP US GET A RIDE TO THE AMTRAK TRAIN STATION. WITHOUT CHRISTY'S HELP WE WOULD HAVE REALLY MISSED OUR TRAIN. THE WEATHER WAS SO BAD, IT WAS SNOWING HARD AND TAXIS WEREN'T RUNNING. BUT CHRISTY CAME TO OUR RESCUE AND EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GOOD. SHE EVEN STAYED IN THE HOTEL LOBBY UNTIL OUR RIDE PICKED US UP. CHRISTY, FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS, MY HUSBAND AND I TRULY THANK YOU FOR YOUR " ACT OF KINDNESS ".
