Very tastefully decorated - everything was beautifully done, including the porcelain in China at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, the quality of the towels were amazing. The shampoo and body lotion was great. It was absolutely a beautiful hotel.
The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly, really great state. I only regret we didn’t have more time so we could enjoy it more.
Breakfast was incredibly fresh varied and very high-quality products. Definitely the best breakfast we had in Uruguay . The hotel is located in the old town of the city where there’s a lot of culture, beautiful architecture, and great Wine Bar called VITIS. We walked around at night and had no problem and really enjoyed the authentic feel of this historical Neighbourhood.

The room was clean,comfortable and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.The location was perfect-in the heart of the Ciutad Vieja and close to all the sights there.I want to compliment the staff who were most helpful-Francisco,Oscar and Reuben,as well as the excellent ladies who prepared breakfast each morning... Centrally located, with the Mercado del Puerto right across the street. At night this area boasts some nice terraces for a drink and simple dinner. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The rooftop pool with view on the harbour was the cherry on the cake
