Amazing breakfast included, The Pho and Egg Benedict were the best. Staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Room was very clean. The associated rooftop bar has great cocktails and atmosphere, definitely worth a visit. Spa was also great. Many important sites are visitable by foot in ~30 minutes (or faster depending how brave you are with crossing streets).

Very nice, new, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a great location. I immediately felt welcome. Hannah contributed greatly to this. She took excellent care of me, was always friendly, extremely helpful, and very courteous. In general, there is always someone available at any time. I had a very pleasant stay and can only recommend it to anyone planning to come to Hanoi.

This was the perfect location for us. Not in the middle of the busy city, but still easily accessible to everything. To get to the old town you would have to: E.g. take a taxi – 20 minutes. The residence was at a great location about 1-2km away from the Old Quarter, so you're close to the city centre but also at a peaceful distance by the lake, really nice cafe's and a convenience store at the end of the street. All the staff was extremely helpful, shoutout to Phong, Ariel and Celina! The staff is always happy to answer your questions and arrange cars and tours for you to nearby cities as well. The residence was extremely clean and safe. Would definetely recommend
