It is quite rare to find a place which can accommodate our family of 5 in the same room / connecting rooms and Le Jardin could offered us that. We were impressed as the hotel looks like the advertising pictures (for once!) and is such well-maintained. It is a very cute place (very Instagrammable :D ) which offers anything you need. We loved the vibe, the rooms (comfy and big), the restaurant didn't disappoint either, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Location is very good close to many restaurants, bars, shops yet the hotel managed to remain quiet. Breakfast is also not to be missed. We had a wonderful time at Le Jardin and will definitely come back.

The location was right on point, can get to the busiest place in hanoi in a moment but also enjoy the peaceful part by the west lake.. and the staff was amazing!! So far one of the Best Hotel we have stayed, if you compare it with other hotel with its same price range. Modernity, Cleanliness, plenty of foods to choose from with different menu daily (breakfast included), and of course the exceptional warm welcoming hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was new and had a wow factor, especially with the lobby decor and room facilities. The location is conveniently located at the midpoint of Tay Ho and Hoang Kiem, so it's great for business meetings but also just walkable to Truc Bach, which is a charming neighborhood of cafes and restaurants by the lake, if you want to discover the "essence" of Hanoi living. The breakfast has good variety and it's orderly despite the volume of guests. I would like to mention Daniel at the front desk who was very helpful and friendly and spoke great English.

Everything was exceptionally great! Binh, apartment owner is really helpful, he organized the trips to Cat Ba/Ha Long Bay and Sapa rice terraces and both trips went really smoothly, we didnt need to do anything, everything was taken care of. Apartments are clean, theres a kitchen in case you need to make something to eat but why would you do that when there are so much great places around to eat. The apartment is in a great location, you can reach all the main Hanoi places on foot. If we ever come back to Vietnam, Hanoi, we would definitely choose these apartments once again.
