Incredible team spirit among the young staff led by an experienced manager. They accomodated all my needs - changing my room (originally without a window) to the one with daylight as promised. Relativly qiet considering the crazy constant party neighbourhood. Luxurious SPA with super professionals dignosing your needs and health restrictions for the best experience. Spactacular breakfast with a wide selection of healthy dishes, fruit, salads. Aromatic coffee! Great place to relax on the roof, including a swimming pool with the view over the city. Very reliable airport tranfers.

Beautiful hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms right where you want to be in Hanoi.
The staff was very friendly and kind! Thank you to Mr Lee, Sunny and Brian!
Mr Lee even helped us with booking our 2 day cruise in halong bay including pickup at the hotel and after the cruise a bus to Ninh Binh which was amazing.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything’s pretty great!
The staff were really helpful and helped us book the Ha Long Bay tour and taxis.
Room was cozy and clean with a little balcony where you can enjoy some street view
