The guesthouse has a perfect location in district one, close to everything and still on a very quiet side street. The owner speaks excellent English and is truly welcoming and helpful. She gave us a map with places of interest (sights, food, shopping) specifically marked and drew a recommended walking tour on the map for us. She gave us some outstanding tips for the food, including breakfast, and stored a bag with our warm clothes for free until our return for the last night of our trip to Vietnam.

Family room is very spacious with big window with good view of park. Nice bathroom and good bed.
They have also offerred a spa treatment which was very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to hear your needs and provide good service. The room is clean and cozy , and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and spacious.Location wise is perfect, not far from the city center, you can either walk or take a Grab to the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh, it is also close to restaurants and bars. On the evening before your check out, you get a bucket with a specific mix of salts and fruits so you can have a foot spa and rest your feet.
Though the breakfast was not big, it was fresh and varied, and I would say quite enough options to get a nutritious breakfast.
Summarizing, I highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Ho Chi Minh.

This stay was exceptional, we have visited many Hotels but this one was incredible and outstanding.
We were here during our Honeymoon and got a free room upgrade. We were on 10th floor.
- The staff was excellent and very kind
- Minibar was complementary with water and soft drinks.
- We received flowers and and a bottle of wine for our honeymoon to celebrate with warm regards from the staff
- the hotel has an outstandingly good location, within 15 minutes by foot you can reach almost all famous attractions of HCMC
- the room was quiet and very spacious with very modern interior equipment. The bed was very comfortable.
- breakfast was great with good choices and a beautiful view
- used the room service twice once for chopsticks and once for extra water to be brought to us. Both free of charge and took less than 2 minutes after calling the reception. That’s exceptionally fast. They saw the room number on the phone so just express the wish and they come to you.
- they brought our postcards to the postbox because we didn’t have time before our departure
- late checking (after midnight) was no problem at all
