What made our stay even more special was Ms. Luna, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On a rainy afternoon, when we were feeling a little stuck, she surprised us with some freshly prepared snacks — warm, homemade, and incredibly thoughtful. It turned what could have been a gloomy day into one of our most memorable. It felt like being cared for by family.
The rooms are clean, cosy, and surrounded by lush greenery. The vibe is laid-back and genuine — perfect for travellers looking to escape the busy tourist areas and connect with nature and local hospitality.
We left feeling refreshed and so grateful for the kindness we received!

This place is amazing. It’s a small, genuine and family owned hotel close to the beach. We were in an accident and the staff helped us more than we could ever ask for. They made us feel safe even though we were far away from home, picked us up and helped us at the hospital and provided us with medical utilities. The pool is great, rooms big and cleaning services are very good.

The host was super friendly and helpful! We were welcomed with a delicious passion fruit juice upon arrival, which was a sweet touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room — along with the view — was amazing! The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

The hotel is staying very nice area, with a lot of good restaurants around and 5 mins walk to the beach. The staffs are very friendly, very helpful and very supported.

1- As soon as I booked on Booking.com, I got a whatsapp message from Linh and right till we stayed at the property, she guided us with the hotel, taxi from airport to hotel, shops to buy from at the Ancient Town, places to eat at (we had a late night flight into Hoi An). Thanks Linh for making our visit so seamless!
2- This hotel is beautiful! Such a dream to stay at. Please, please do stay here when you visit Hoi An. Apart from that, its a 30 second walk to a beautiful beach (An Bang beach) . Along the way, there are tons of cafes if you want to only eat there and not go to the Ancient Town.
3- Its only a 100 Vietnamese Dong to reach the town by taxi/ 10 mins which is what we did every evening after spending the day at the beach.

KA Villa Hoi An is in a class of its own. The 3 star rating doesn’t do them justice in any way. In many aspects they exceed even 5 star hotels for their hospitality, service and personable approach. If there is anything to go by it should be the ratings on TripAdvisor or Booking.com.
It starts even before you arrive. You will get an email asking you if there are any special circumstances or wishes you want them to prepare for. This ranging from an airport pick up to recommendations for tours, restaurants, etc. Their hospitality is unmatched. They show genuine care and warm feelings towards their guests throughout your stay. Nothing seems to be too much for the staff to make your stay a memorable one.
As far as facilities go: everything you might require is available. A high class massage, a swimming pool, a lounge with luxurious leather chairs and a koi pond and much more.
Laundry service is available and is included in the price for the room.
The hotel only serves a great breakfast, both Western and Asian dishes. Breakfast is served in the small courtyard. The furnishings give it a bit of a Parisian vibe.
For lunch and dinner there are plenty of small local restaurants nearby. Also don’t forget to ask them for recommendations on restaurants in and around Hoi An. Just tell them what kind of food you are interested in. They arranged for me a dinner at a local seafood restaurant where typically only the locals would go. It was outstanding, but I was the only Westerner there that evening.
As far as transportation is concerned: there are almost always some electric taxis waiting outside. They will take you to Hoi An Old Town for less than US$ 4,- one-way.
KA Villa Hoi An is the place to stay when visiting the Hoi An area. Old Town a 10 minute taxi ride away, set in a local community at a 3 minute walk away from a stunning beach.
