The best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam! The staff is really very nice and helpfull. Breakfast is great and also lunch or diner is recommended. Rooms are clean and modern. Everything. The room is very spacious and they even gave us an upgrade upon arrival. The staff is very helpful and always there to assist. The tasty breakfast buffet changes everyday with bacon, avocado and other fresh products. Because the hotel is located just outside of the centre (5 min), the area and view are beautiful.

Free bikes, very decent facilities, welcoming and very attentive staff, clean and well climatised rooms, good location (5 mins by bike to the old town, 15 minutes to the beach), helped me arrange a private driver for the marble mountains and the airport, and even made me a breakfast box since I left very early.

Beautiful place, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options. The staff were incredible, so kind and helpful. The pool was beautiful and so refreshing. There is a shuttle bus both to the beach and old town and the staff had so many useful tips of places to visit and things

The staff is soooo helpfull and welcoming. They helped with tours and train tickets and taxi. They provide free bikes so you can go around. The room is just perfect. The pool is nice. The breakfast was really nice. Many choices, fruits. We were there for 3 nights and we loved it There is an amazing coffee shop close to it, with great smoothie bowls (rosies caffe)

All the staff were warm and friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience. This lovely boutique hotel, which is larger inside than it appears from the narrow entrance, provides a cosy atmosphere. The well appointed connecting rooms suited our family of four. An excellent breakfast buffet was provided, with pleasant outdoor seating by the riverside. The complimentary foot massage in the soothing spa environment was a thoughtful inclusion, and the rooftop pool is very clean and pleasant. The cooking class in the hotel’s floating restaurant was a lovely, relaxed finish to our stay.

Absolutely loved the property, it was quiet and so clean. The decor was minimalist but yet so tasteful. The best part is that it is a quick 10 min bike ride to the old town, a 15 min bike ride to the coconut forest and a 20-25 min ride to the beach.
