Em the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge and can do attitude may our 5 day stay in Hoi An amazing. Booked us on a huge boat on the river for $4 each and packed a picnic to eat saving us $400. The rooms were massive, beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous restaurant and chef Ty. Delicious food, great prices. Make use of the free bicycles and get out and about town. Hoi an old town so beautiful at night. Loved the cool clean waters of Ems swimming pool. Staff amazing. Sad to leave Em's but all 5 of us definitely coming back to stay. Gem of a hotel to stay at. Everything close.

Great hospitality of staffs! My friend got sick when we arrived to Hoian. They were so kind and took care of her. Furthermore they gave me special guidance for touring around Hoian. Thanks to the guidance, I enjoyed the sightseeing there even alone. The hotel decorations were tasteful and clean. I definitely will stay this hotel when I come to Hoian.

The location of this hotel is perfect - close to the strict center of the old town in Hoi An. The personnel was very nice and helpful. Communication prior the arrival was flawless (thank you Jasmine!). The hotel helped us arrange the transportation from Da Nang airport. The interiors looked really nice and the breakfast was tasty (a lot of food to choose from). It was clean and well-equipped - electric kettle, tea, minibar, robes, electric mosquito trap.

This had been the best stay iv had so far in Vietnam and it all because of how exceptionally friendly and caring the staff are. Gavy, Lilly and Hannah are so of the nicest people I have met in Vietnam. They are testimony to how well this hotel is run! It’s the kind of place where making friends comes naturally—there’s a great atmosphere, cozy spaces, and the energy just invites connection. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with lots of care put into the details. What really makes this hostel stand out is the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I especially want to mention Jenny—she truly goes above and beyond. She remembers guests by name, checks in to make sure you’re comfortable, and has a way of making you feel like you’re not just a visitor, but part of something warm and familiar. She’s a big reason this place feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hostel with heart
