Very welcoming hotel with well trained staff. Room is clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast includes fresh tropical juice and fruits never get bored. 2 min walk to the central city of Hoi An where the Lang-tang Festival is held every night. Full of nice shops, restaurants and massage spa are located along the river. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Hoi An with my family next time.

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort is within a convenient 7-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This is the best hostel in Hoi An but it’s so new that people don’t know about it yet. Even the furniture smells like new, the showers are amazing, wifii 100%, super clean and very nice and social area downstairs and super well located, not to mention the amazing options for the free breakfast. The staff is also fantastic, always checking on you and helping you to get around. Tim is the guy if you want to know where to go in Hoi An; Adam knows a lot about Vietnam and helped me with nice tips about the country; Sam is a super star, lovely smile, always willing to help and soon to be the best tourist guy in Hoi An. My only regret was not having more time to spend in this place, was the best one I stayed in the whole country!

The family room is spacious, facing the small road leading to the ancient town, night market and river. Best location. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, and everything looks new. Host and hostess are kind, and do everything you ask for including arranging for tour or massage. Breakfast is good which includes one drink and one main each pax, and a plate of fruits to be shared.

Everything was great but what impressed me most was when I wanted to wipe something off the floor, only to find out it was a permanent stain (no issue) and my wet wipe was as if unused! I have never seen such clean floors in a hotel!

First of all, the family owning this stay was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Even though we stayed only 1 night, I would have stayed there for more if time permitted. The city is beautiful and the location of this place is very central. The rooms were clean and we were given slippers in the lobby so that it would maintain cleanliness.

This is a family run Homestay. They were very helpful from the second we checked in. We also booked the local tours in Hoi An (My Son, cooking class, Cham islands) and the bus to our next location (Phong Nha). This Homestay is very clean and two minutes away from the river so it really has the perfect location! Bonus breakfast items are all so delicious ❤️ thank you for having us!
