Our stay couldn’t have been better. Thanos was incredibly warm, always available, and gave us amazing recommendations for trips, beaches, and restaurants – every single one was spot on! Breakfast was a true highlight: many of the ingredients came straight from the garden – fresh, local, and made with love. On top of that, the view was simply breathtaking, and the sunsets were unforgettable. Our room was perfectly cleaned every single day, and the whole family and team were extremely friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home and would love to come back anytime!

I Loved the welcoming arhmosphere of the family. Also the silence, the beautiful garden and the originally decorated house. The recycled elements with a story are a plus and (together with the incredibly beautiful garden) make filoxenia an accommodation that cannot be found anywhere else in Albania

The property was clean and well maintained.It’s perfect for families especially if you have a young child as you have all the facilities that you need from washing machine to kitchen appliances.Tha area was very quiet and close to everything.Beach was 5-10’ minutes drive market was 5’ minute walk.I’m very happy for the choice that we make to stay there for our holidays.Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional people Ms. Ksanthipi and her two children Nikkos and Konstantina. Hard working people, very hospitable, friendly and very responsive to any demands. Nikkos was so kind to help us carry all our stuff. We were very lucky with this booking. The house was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, basically a new house. We were the third guests staying at their place. Location right by the sea. The view is stunning. It couldn't get any better than this. Highly recommended.
