Excellent hotel in a perfect location – close to everything and very convenient. Our stay was especially pleasant, and Adi at the reception was simply wonderful – always with a smile, kind, and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The room we got was very clean, the hosts are very attentive to this, it was very well equipped with everything we needed ( hair blow dryer, washing machine, ironing board, slippers, towels for the beach, shampoos and shower gels, AC and portable AC, cooking pots and tools). The hosts are two elderly people that don't speak English but they have Google Translate on their phone and the communication was very easy through that, they helped us with anything we needed, they got us fruits from their garden everyday and their daughter gave us a list with beautiful places to visit around Sarande and Ksamil. For me this was the best place I could've rented, those people are saints to me.

The breakfast was great and offerred a nice selection everyday, and the menu changes daily so it wasn't redundant. The restaurant of the hotel was great as well, and provided a great opportunity for a nice and romantic dinner. The most important thing is that the service and attentiveness of the staff was top notch - that made our stay amazing, and all the more worthwhile!

The hotel is very well located and organized, always very clean and the view from our room was amazing! We were very well received, everyone was very attentive, the breakfast girls, all the receptionists, made us feel at home. One of our friends had an allergy attack and Arbor was extremely attentive, taking us to the hospital and accompanying us, and everyone who works at the hotel asked about her the next day. Exceptional would be the best word to describe what we thought of the hotel, we will definitely return and recommend it to all our friends. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!
