The location is perfect, right in the hub of town. The cafe is the nicest cafe in the town, and to be able to walk out from your hotel into a beautiful cafe courtyard for breakfast is amazing. It feels like a perfect blend of old English garden and Mediterranean terrace. It really does look as good as the photos! Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. There are only about 5 rooms so it’s very relaxed and quiet. Finally, the staff were warm and friendly with fantastic English skills.

Thanks to Mark for his welcome, kindness, hospitality, availability and chats, and gifts of free melon, it was a lovely stay. The room was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable (air con) with a large balcony looking over garden and fields to distant mountains. Great for morning coffee. There is also a shared fridge, kettle and microwave. It is located in quiet rural end of town but just 5-10 minutes walk to lakefront and then a further lovely lakefront walk into town with lots of hotels, bars, cafes and shops. Also can walk 3km along lake to Drilon NP with its waterways. A great place to stay if you like walking or cycling. Great value for the price. I Thanks Mark, hope to see you again next year.

The property is located in a very quiet residential area, close to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful and provided a lot of information, arranged a comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious for up to 3 people, the kitchen was equipped with everything.

Very modern, clean and also quiet. A few steps to lake ohrid. The room was great, bed super comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We had a private balcony that overlooked a large pond. Check in was easy and efficient, especially as they have an elevator. The staff were happy and obliging, as we were early we webt to the lake and they delivered our bags to the room and then came to the lake ti tell us our room was ready, fantastic service. Breakfast at the restaurant over the water was buffet style and good. Would come back again as we loved our stay.

    The most delicious breakfast. The coziest place you ever stayed in. Managed from the most friendly and professional people i ever met. Very cheap compared to the area properties and excellent conditions. Extremely clean. Best place for families with children, group of friends, perfect gataway on romantic weekends. This place is amazing. Just try it out.

    It‘s directly at the lake. Rosa and her family are really friendly and always there to help you. Lin is a beautiful small village, the food is great. A perfect place to relax!

    It was an amazing stay at Rosa B&B. Rosa is an amazing woman en you feel welcome at the moment you arrive. She and her family take good care of you. And next to that: the location is amazing, it was the most beautiful B&B I've ever been! I will definitely come back ❤️

    From when we arrived in town, there were signs on every corner to aid with directions. The host and the whole family were instantly welcoming. Beautifully appointed common room, then bedroom and restaurant. That view is very special. The private swimming area at the lake was very special. Food was local and spectacular... Never had a stay like this one.
