The hospitality and food are simply outstanding – from the delicious pie and tender meat to the perfect homemade sweets and the excellent wine list featuring labels from Central Tuscany. Fresh garden products have an authentic taste that brings back childhood memories. The whole atmosphere gives you a hint of Tuscany in the heart of Përmet, blending tradition with elegance. The hospitality of the owners, the dinner and breakfast prepared using local ingredients. The view over the valley is gorgeous from the room and terrace. The road is challenging but can definitely be done in a normal 2WD car. It's an unpaved road with rocky areas (3-4 areas). Just use 1st gear, drive slowly and continuously, do not make stops, and keep the wheels in the higher areas.

What an amazing place to stay! Alek is such an amazing host. I really liked the fact that you just use the safe box to pick up your keys. But Alek was always on call in case you need anything. The house has everything you need. Complete kitchen and even a washing machine, which was very handy. There are a couple of restaurants nearly in case you don't want to cook for yourself. Vitoria had nice food, and Alfie amazing view. There is a fire place in the house as well, which was a plus! Next time I want to go to the hot springs I am definitely staying here! In the middle of nowhere and very peaceful. Thanks Alek for such an incredible stay.

    The family who runs this place was extremely friendly, and the price for everything we got (Gliko, breakfast, comfortable beds, hospitality) was very good. Beautiful house, very interesting for us who love dry-stonewalls. The kid speaks very good English.

    I’ve been to hundreds of different guesthouses around the world and this was one of those that I can call exceptional. The guests are picked up by 4x4, so it’s not a trouble that it’s up in the mountain. Had no troubles getting there with two small children. And up there it’s only beauty and charm.
