The property was clean and well maintained.It’s perfect for families especially if you have a young child as you have all the facilities that you need from washing machine to kitchen appliances.Tha area was very quiet and close to everything.Beach was 5-10’ minutes drive market was 5’ minute walk.I’m very happy for the choice that we make to stay there for our holidays.Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional people Ms. Ksanthipi and her two children Nikkos and Konstantina. Hard working people, very hospitable, friendly and very responsive to any demands. Nikkos was so kind to help us carry all our stuff. We were very lucky with this booking. The house was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, basically a new house. We were the third guests staying at their place. Location right by the sea. The view is stunning. It couldn't get any better than this. Highly recommended.

The tents are clean and comfortable. The place is quiet, perfect for relaxing. The owners are truly lovely, very warm and welcoming. The lady is super kind and always smiling — it feels just like home. Breakfast was delicious, made with love. The showers and toilets were very clean too. I had a great night, I highly recommend it! Anna and Timios are great and warm people (not just hosts) - special thanks for your help, when I felt sick. The dinner they made to us was fresh and maybe the best meal we had during our week in Himare. Filoxenia is a great place for everyone who loves to be in harmony with nature and far away from the urban jungle in Albania. I came with an electric car and I managed to charge it, so I would say Filoxenia is EV friendly :)

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The room was well-maintained and spotless and even better than the photos! Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, ensuring maximum comfort. The location was convenient, and everything was within reach. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Great stay in Himarë! The hotel is in a perfect location - close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else you need. Clean, comfortable rooms and solid amenities. Special thanks to Erik and Ebi at reception - super friendly, helpful, and always ready with great local tips. Their warm, welcoming attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend!

    We stayed with our two kids at one of family suites with a pool and really enjoyed our time there Location very easy to find, friendly and very helpful members of staff and nice variety of food at restaurant. Our room was nice and clean with very comfy beds and amazing sea view from the balcony.
