We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. The owner is the most helpful and kind person we've met in our whole trip around Georgia and Armenia. We arrived at 7am in the morning from a night train and she even prepared a common room for us to rest until our room was ready. Apart from that, she helped us with a lot of valuable information. Apart from that, the room was super comfortable and the common areas (with even a campfire) were amazing. Totally recommended and a huge pleasure to meet people like her in your travel!

Very nicely designed room in a central location. They saved us a parking spot right at the entrance of the hotel, which was really convenient. The girls at the reception were really kind and the nearby restaurant that the hotel recommends for breakfast (it’s called Herbs & Honey) is great! Highly recommended.

The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. While we were waiting for our room, they offered coffee to us. Breakfast is fantastic: eggs bread and various snacks included)) I highly recommend staying in this hotel.
