We were very comfortable staying at Seva Guesthouse. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We could get hot water from the kitchen and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning with view on Mount Aragat :) The owner can help you with reserving a spot at the space observatory if you want. And we could leave our bags while we were exploring the region. Can recommend!

The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was arranged very quickly. Right in the center of Yerevan, many great cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. The room is comfortable, great cleaning service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food, fresh omelettes, pancakes made for you. Local sparkling wine on weekends for breakfast. 😉 In Armenia people are very hospitable.

It has probably seen its best days as of now but you can feel it is a 5 star hotel and everyone makes an effort to live up to being a small grand hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff wonderful and the location is perfect. I liked the turndown service. All of this at a reasonable price which is why I think it is the best option for this money in Yerevan and definitely much nicer than the high rated 4 star hotels.

Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.
