One of the best price for value we have ever been. There is a large parking place in front of the hotel. The room is large and very comfortable with everything included (sampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, shoe cleaning sponge, tee, coffe, minibar, etc). The hotel had a good breakfast, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool. We got also some medical treatment for free (circular shower, paraffin for hands, aromatherapy, salt room, yoga, etc). There are thermal water wells (30-55 Celsius degrees) behind the hotel.

I would like to strongly recommend this place for short and longer visits. The personnel is competent, responsive and very kind - especially at the reception desk, restaurant and the health centre as well as the cleaning service which is efficient and very responsive. Everyone was eager and willing to meet our needs and expectations in a best possible way. The edifice dates back to 1954 - hence its solidity, beauty and spaciousness and is well maintained and kept in perfect cleanliness. Meals are very tasty and abundant enough.

We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!

    The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, offering breathtaking mountain views. We cherished every moment of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The buffet offered delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, where our kids had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Thank you! We look forward to returning in the future.

    Everything was good. The place is very family friendly. Children can get busy with the trampoline, slide, pool, sand pool, etc. There is also a nice place to have barbecue and eat outside. The host has thought of everything that might be useful for the customers. I highly recommend this place.
