This accommodation located in the suburbs of Echimiyajin. The bedrooms and bathrooms are  level of a 4-star hotel. The owner will always drive you to the city's attractions or the airport for free and pick you up. Not only breakfast, but the owner's family will also invite you to dinner if you stay room at the time. The lady is a great cooker. The young couple is very attentive to their guests.

We liked the room a lot. It was cosy organised, with a little kitchen which is very comfortable for lots of guests. The room was fresh and clean . I hope the owner will be able ti keep the same standard in the future as well. This property is much better than other properties located nearby and declaring 4-star service, while the Orbely hotel modestly declares 3 star service .

A very pleasant place to stay. We stayed in a small cottage with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The owners were very kind and offered us the option to have dinner there, which we gladly accepted – and we were not disappointed. The vegetarian meal we had was absolutely delicious. The accommodation is located close to Mount Aragats and the Amberd Fortress, and Yerevan is also not too far away.

The location is 20-25 minutes walk from the center. The family house is very beautiful and well maintained, everything is clean. The hosts are very welcoming and warm, they help you with everything you need. The breakfast was simple but very good. We received recommendations for good restaurants in the city and beyond. From the terrace you can see Mount Ararat. Parking on the street without problems. Thank you for everything!
