This accommodation located in the suburbs of Echimiyajin. The bedrooms and bathrooms are  level of a 4-star hotel. The owner will always drive you to the city's attractions or the airport for free and pick you up. Not only breakfast, but the owner's family will also invite you to dinner if you stay room at the time. The lady is a great cooker. The young couple is very attentive to their guests.

A fantastic place to stay in Yerevan 🇦🇲 Arthur and his family are very welcoming and are available 24/7 to make your holiday even more special ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location is perfect. There is a 24 hour SAS supermarket nearby which gives you the best exchange rate. A 5 minute walk takes you to a Yerevan city supermarket which is the best for shopping 🛒 The metro is close by and within ten minutes takes you to the centre 😃😃😃😃😃 Or you can use the wonderful GG taxi app which only costs €2 to take you to the centre or €6 to the airport 👍👍👍👍👍 The WiFi is super fast 💻💻💻💻💻 In the kitchen there is free coffee and water ☕🥤 For food I recommend the restaurant Lavash. Super cute room with attention to detail, very friendly and sweet hosts gave us a free welcome meal on arrival and Armenian tea as a souvenir when leaving 😁 Also they called us when we failed to turn up on time for check in to make sure that we were OK 😍

The location is 20-25 minutes walk from the center. The family house is very beautiful and well maintained, everything is clean. The hosts are very welcoming and warm, they help you with everything you need. The breakfast was simple but very good. We received recommendations for good restaurants in the city and beyond. From the terrace you can see Mount Ararat. Parking on the street without problems. Thank you for everything!
