A very pleasant place to stay. We stayed in a small cottage with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The owners were very kind and offered us the option to have dinner there, which we gladly accepted – and we were not disappointed. The vegetarian meal we had was absolutely delicious. The accommodation is located close to Mount Aragats and the Amberd Fortress, and Yerevan is also not too far away.

Spacious room with a terrace (with Ararat view), large garden area, indoor swimming pool and sauna/hammam. Very good service, dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had a great time and Nora helped us immediately with oganizing everything we asked for. Stunning views to the gorge from garden. Great place both for an active holidays ( on the way to Kari lake, we did hikes to Aragaz and Amberd fortress) or relaxing.

The cottage is actually really nice newly constructed. It has anything you can posibble need - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, living room and separate bedroom. The owner is also nice and speaks English. The place is close (30-minute drive) to Lake Kari, which is the starting point for climbing the Aragats mountain ⛰️

it’s superfriendly, it’s quiet, it’s warm and welcoming, it’s your home away from home. They can’t stop offering food and tea😂. Susan and Sarkis are lovely, adorable, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is incredible, they will assist you with anything. -02/2025 they are creating a beautiful pool area with nice quiet rooms, a bbq and a bar area. They are goodhearted so it s a pleasure and a privilege to stay here. Came for one night and stayed 12 :-)
