Everyone was kind and very helpful. The hotel is perfect for solo travelers it's safe and the hospitality is 10/10 Everyone at the hotel was amazing from Fernando who received me on my arrival, Ivandro who assisted me a lot with communication challenges (I speak English and people speak Portuguese in Luanda), the manager Delcio, even the driver Gasper was amazing. I had the best time!

We had an excellent time. The location is great with an expensive but good supermarket nearby and others in the vicinity. The breakfast was basic but met our needs. The cleaning and laundry staff especially were very attentive. The "Italian" restaurant next door (nothing to do with the guesthouse) was our worst meal experience in Luanda during 8 days so would recommend going a little further afield if you intend to eat out in the evening. Thank you very much Casa Natalia!

This a reasonably priced hotel for Luanda. The rooms were basic but provided all you would expect in a mid class hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.The staff were exceptional in accommodating our early breakfast requirement and arranging a value evening meal and airport taxi. All the negatives referred to in other reviews had been resolved. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is fantastic clean, rooms big, with comfortable bed and big wardrobe. The breakfast is amazing. In addition to the continental breakfast is possibile to eat special local dishes. The use of the swimming pool and the close bar is free. The personnel in service is very kind. The Hotel is in the heart of Luanda very close to the marginal and the mall "Shopping Fortaleza". A special thank to Mrs Azevedo that helped me due to a flight cancellation. Congratulation to all the staff.
