10/10 – Simply perfect! I had a wonderful stay and can only recommend this apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe from the very first moment. The place is modern, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Everything has been thought of, from excellent amenities to thoughtful small details, including snacks, drinks, coffee, and even personal care items for women, which made my stay extra convenient and enjoyable. Communication was outstanding: quick, friendly, and effortless. Check-in was smooth and perfectly organized. The location is great, peaceful yet close to everything you might need. i loved the room, the furniture was brand new, everything in the hotel is redecorated with great taste and staff was more than nice and very willing to help. food was delicious and very qualitive ingredients were used. i loved it overall and i would come to it every time i will be in Kapfenberg
