The owners were very welcoming and ensured everything was fine. The breakfast was freshly made and generous. Even if the house is a little remote, you can either order food for dinner or get to Semmering about 4,5km walk. I took the bus to get back as it started pouring rain (1,90€). It felt like at home. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely incredible. The location is just stunning—breathtaking mountain views, relaxing river sounds, and a peaceful, calm neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re truly away from it all. We loved sitting outside with coffee, simply enjoying the view. Inside, the place is perfect. Spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. Every detail has clearly been thought out and furnished with care and love. It’s a home that feels special the moment you walk in. Although we got some delays on the way, the Owner was still waiting for us till 11pm. He was very nice, showed us the property and handed keys. The location is very convenient: Billa (supermarket) maybe 50m away (just across the street) - extremely comfortable - no need to get into a car, may just by something for tea every morning and groceries may be brought home easily. Famous Mariazell Basilica and the central square (everything very traditional!) - some 4 minutes on foot Mountain entrance with cable car - some 8 minutes on foot (but I personally prefer to be closer to Billa) One more ski entrance with cable car - 5 minutes by car The next restaurant - 2 minutes on foot, a few more - 4-5 minutes on foot. This is a traditional Austrian house, fully equipped with everything we could need during our stay. Everything worked perfectly! My wife had to work remotely - and she had good, stable WiFi. Besides, there is a few places to sit comfortably with a computer and a cup of coffee. Bed was long enough for me (6ft+)
