The experience was exceptional. Due to low season, the hotel was very quiet and calm. Travelling with two small children, we appreciated mostly that we weren't disturbing anyone with our kids being loud. The staff was friendly, the room spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious. The thing I appreciate the most was their attention when it came to my kids allergy. Nice hotel, cosy and comfortable room with good equipped kitchen. Hotel managers and housekeeper are very responsive and helpful. The location is splendid! We booked for two nights but extended and stayed more than one week. Really beautiful place in the valley, located in 10-15 minutes from two highways and 30 minutes from Vienna. Great place to walk or cycling.
