The hotel and everything was nice including the always open breakfast room with free water and tea and the general cleanliness of the whole place, When I arrived there with my family there was only one staff member on duty running the show on New Years Eve. My young family and I travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in more hotels than we can count, but this one staff member, at Hotel 23, on the outskirts of Vienna, I think her name was Christina?, was among the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Not the usual hospitality friendliness that is often so superficial, but a friendliness coming from within, super natural and super honest. The hosts are very nice, friendly and kind. Great breakfast, the apartment was very nice, spacious, beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds. Everything was clean and perfect. Pleasant outdoor seating in front of the apartment. We will be happy to come back. I really recommend staying at the Samira guesthouse.
