De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

The apartment was one of the cleanest and best equipped we have ever stayed in. The location is just a 5 minute walk to the Areit express gondola, which is one of the main access routes to the ski mountain. Manfred and Katrin were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful sauna and other facilities such as a laundry room and ski lockers to store all your equipment. There is a lovely restaurant on the ground floor which was ideal when we were tired after the days skiing and did not want to go into the village to eat. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, fully equipped with all you need and more. Easy to follow instructions by the friendly host, allowing us to check in a little earlier. The comfy beds were made upon arrival. Bakery just a few mins walk for fresh bread in the morning. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is very good, in the center of Thumersbach, not far from Zell am See, where one can go by bus, near the park. The appartment is on the second floor with a very nice view of the lake and Zell am See. We had everything we needed and the owner was very nice and helpful.

    The apartment where we stayed with my family was excellent in every aspect. Everything was not only clean but also as described in the listing. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful and available, which made our stay very comfortable. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a stay in the area.

    Great hotel for family vacation. We have to give the highest feedback for overall impression. Quality of food is at a very satisfying level with a good variety of meals. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly, and I would especially like to give special thank to the Slavica, Ankica, Dusanka, Tamara and Monika, which made us feel whole vacation like home. Swiming pool was warm, playroom area great and kids enjoyed a lot. Ski Bus station is at 30m from hotel.

    The appartment is perfect for a family, with its two bedrooms and large living area and bathrooms. The reception is great, Martina is the perfect warmest host and we definitely come back for more stays. The facilities are as described, the pool area nearby is great and Zell am See is a very friendly resort for families. We felt welcomed and we are grateful for that.
