Excellent stay with great hosts! The cooked breakfast was amazing!! The view from in the pool was so relaxing - watched rabbits playing :) The room was better than a 5-star Motel - well done!

This is a relatively new build and it shows, the facilities and rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping were excellent. As with most hotels of this type in Australia there's an excellent sports pub right next door with great meal/drink choices and entertainment. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the centre of town where free parking is always available

it was an amazing surprise when we arrived we were offered an upgrade, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine. it is a hidden gem in the centre of Newcastle and we highly recommend this Palm Springs styled property.

All the staff were outstanding (especially Tim!) We had a difficult situation to adjust to and they were amazing and helpful.
