The food was fantastic, everything was so fresh and my eggs Benedict were perfect. Our dinner was excellent, even my bowl of seasonal vegetables were cooked well and seasoned to perfection. The kids fish and chips was a grilled piece of local Salmon and chips!! - very tasy. Your chef and the staff are an asset.Thank you for the lovely stay.

So peaceful & quiet, really lovely and accommodating staff. Everything felt clean, which must be hard work in the forest. Food is great. Feeding the pademelons each night was fun. Nice having a games room to catch up with the family.

Walks were lovely and peaceful. Dinner was lovely. We got a BBQ pack for lunch and it was awesome. Great value for money and lots of it. Could easily feed a family of 2 adults and two young children. Restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great games room with pool table and area to play chess and read.

Our family all agreed this was the best place we stayed at in Tasmania and mainly due to the truly amazing staff. Tracey and Grace were so hospitable and made our stay so special. The 2 teenagers travelling with us were made to feel very special by the staff and were so sad we couldn’t stay longer. The natural vegetation is amazing; enormous tree ferns and soaring gum trees. We loved the main log house and it’s alpine ambiance.
