I recently stayed at Sponars Chalet for a ski trip, and overall, it was a decent experience. The best thing about Sponars is definitely the value – it's one of the more affordable options in the Perisher area, and for the price, it really delivers a cosy, social lodge vibe. The rooms are simple but clean and warm, which is all that is needed after a full day on the snow. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. If you want a place that’s friendly and reasonably priced, Sponars is a solid choice.

It was very convenient! The staff were very good. They helped us as our car had broken down upon arrival. We even got a lift out to Jindabyne’s from one lovely lady because our towed car was in Cooma on New Year’s Eve!

Hotel had amazing views of the mountain. Though the walk was quite far from the center of town it was also very private and peaceful. We went just as winter began so no one was barely around. Common room with free coffee and snacks with balcony facing the mountain.

I LOVED that there was so much of everything. They had even gone to the trouble of leaving toys available for my nephew to play with. They were helpful with tips for where to see wild life and if we needed anything, they answered straight away.

Aalen Lakeview Studio was outstanding. The location was close to town but quiet. It was close to bike tracks that wound around Lake Jindabyne giving spectacular views. The studio was very clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable also. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this to anyone interested.
