The room was impeccably clean. Came with black out curtains. What stood out for me what the excellent service. The management went out of the way to ensure we were completely comfortable. It was also very safe, and just next to a gas station and a supermarket. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are extremely friendly, I had booked the wrong room as I had my 2 kids with me and needed the pull out bed, but they were kind enough to get a trundler bed for us.

Ritz service from check in to check out was exceptional. Hospitality is top notch. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, view of the Swan River and Elizabeth Quey were breathtaking. I also like the design and interior of the rooms that are very well thought of.
