The lady at the front desk as soon as you walk in was calling me by my first name because I asked her she as so amazing. She is a true Gem and I work at the Hyatt. You guys will forever be welcomed here and I will provide the best service. Such amazing and respectful people.

The place was really nice, the apartment was great. Clean and very lovely. We were greeted by Brittany who was so very pleasant and welcoming, I was so tired when I arrived but she got me all excited with her warm welcome. Interacting with Julie was very welcoming also. All the staff I met from the house keeper to maintenance staff were extremely polite. I'll be going again soon for my birthday definitely.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and welcomed. We loved the tradition charm of the property. Staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The location is superb and facilities excellent. Little touches like afternoon tea by the pool, rum welcome party and Prosecco for my birthday all added to our amazing experience.

    Crane resort is lovely, easy with kids. There is parking and we had a hire car which made travel around the island easier. Crane beach is beautiful but wilder than the calmer west coast beaches. We extended our stay due to hurricane beryl - changed from a traditional style to contemporary style room. The contemporary apartments are very well equipped and stylishly decorated.

    Food was amazing 10/10. Facilities were nice. Room was wonderful. Family friendly environment. When i arrived at the airport to return home, i thought i forgot my passport in my room, i reached out to the hotel via whatsapp and they were very accommodating and very helpful. Turns out it was not there (another story for another forum)

    Our hosts Anthea and Nick were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated being met and driven to the Pool House once we arrived. Nothing was a problem and Anthea organised a highly competitive car hire for us. We especially loved the pool; the veranda; and the AC. Our hosts two dogs - Lucky and CoCo - became part of the family - and we loved their company as much as they seemed to love being around us. I loved the location being only minutes from Foul Bay. The pool house is true authentic Barbados. Just how I like it.
