Travellers from Australia. Spent 2 nights at the lodge. Great rooms, particularly the comfy bed. Amazing pub food and delicious breakfast. The staff were brilliant particularly Laura who assisted us above and beyond after we couldn't get the Wi-Fi or TV working then locked out self out of the bathroom...one call to reception and up came Laura with the toolbox..this girl needs a promotion you have a diamond. We loved our stay! Our room was in the perfect position overlooking the river & stunning mountain scenery with a lovely balcony. Checkin was smooth & the staff were friendly & efficient. The accommodation was very clean & well presented with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the free continental breakfast of boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, yoghurt, oranges.. There was not time to experience the hot tub, pool or spa but they look great in the photos. We look forward to staying again!

For an aging hotel, my room was exceptional. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Easily accessed from the main through fare, and the staff is very accommodating and extremely pleasant.

Red Tree Lodge is set in Fernie. The accommodation offers a ski pass sales point and ski storage space, as well as a shared lounge and barbecue facilities.

The room was comfy and clean staff were super welcoming and helpful kitchen area is fully stocked and convenient sauna and hot tub were amazing got upgraded to a room with a balcon upon arrival!

We enjoyed ourselves very much here, the hosts were very accommodating for us. There was lots of beds, kids loved the loft beds, said they were like little forts. The location is great, we did a mixture of skiing and snowmobiling and was a short drive to do both. The bunk house is super cute as well.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The bus stop to the mountain was right outside the door. There were restaurants nearby and only a short walk into downtown.Would definitely return and recommend to others.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Fernie, Snow Creek Lodge by Fernie Lodging Co is an apartment surrounded by views of the mountain.

This suite was immaculate. New appliances like stove, fridge dishwasher, microwave and well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and living room. Couldn't ask for a better location. Pool was warm and hot tub was great. Bbqs worked well and gas fireplace was a nice touch. Having The Quest ski rentals in the building was excellent. Underground parking that fit our truck was a bonus. The lodge called to make sure we received our checkin info.
